Amount of substance
We can now calculate the amount of substance in a given volume of solution
if we know the concentration. We will express the concentration in molarity.
Example
Find the mole NaCl in 100mls of a 1M salt solution.
Mole = concentration(molarity) X volume (litres) = 1 X 0.1 =0.1mole of NaCl
