Solution saturated

A saturated solution is one in which no more solute can dissolve in the solvent. The image below shows a saturated salt solution. There is no room and few free water molecules available to dissolve more solute

A saturated solution can not dissolve any more solute. Solute crystal may float in the water as they are unable to dissolve.

There is little space and few solvent molecules to surround it.
