Titration

A student used a burette to conduct a titration experiment. She then washed the burette and conducted a second titration on a sample of test solution as previously. The images below show the solution in the burette before and after washing.

A normal solution of base is placed in the burette.
The burette was washed and used again
The burette was rinsed with water. Water was left in the burette when the solution was added and as a consequence the solution in the burette was DILUTED.

The student concluded that the two test samples were very different indeed. The second test sample had more acid present than the first.
Assuming each red circle is one gram of base, what is the concentration of base in the burette before and after washing?
Explain her results.
Is she correct in her conclusion?
Explain what effect water in the burette has on the results?
