Connecting the two neck pieces.
 Step 3 Carefully push out the second neck piece from the cardboard stamp and attach the two neck pieces together as shown on the left.
Step 4 Glue the spacer tubes to the neck as shown on the right.
Glueing the spacer tubes to the neck. Glue the spacer tube here on both sides. Glue the spacer tube here on both sides. Glue the spacer tube here on both sides. The axles are free to rotate. The axle is free to rotate.
