Preparing the base.

Step 1 Obtain the base stencil. Glue the ends before folding

Step 2 Place the hinge attachment, now connected to the body, through the big hole in the base.

Step 3 Slide two large rings along the small spacer tube on the underside of the base and glue the rings to the spacer tube.
