Energy worksheet 4

A toy plane is powered by a rubber band. The rubber band is wound and 100 joules of energy stored in it. The plane is then set on the ground and released. The rubber band fully unwinds and the plane, soon after, reaches a maximum height of 75m. At this peak altitude the plane's speed is almost zero as it starts to nose dive into the ground. Assume no air resistnace.
If the rubber band, fully wound, contains 100 joules of energy:

-indicate the amount of gravitational potential
energy possessed by the plane at peak altitude.

-indicate the amount of kinetic energy
possessed by the plane at peak altitude.
