Possible solution

The evidence is certainly NOT conclusive to charge any of the suspects with the crime. It is obvious from the DNA fingerprint pattern that suspect 2 is related to the criminal. However there is no evidence to suggest he is not being honest with police.
Suspect 2 has finger prints which were found at the scene of the crime but he states that he was visiting the house but was not present on the night the crime occurred. Further interviewing of witnesses may need to take place to verify that he was not present.

All we can conclude is that the person we are seeking is probably in his 30's (due to the grey hair found in amongst the shavings, dyes his hair black and has natural light brown hair. Judging by the cross-section of the hair fibre he most likely of European descent.
